EKOSPOL started project Ekocity Hostivař
Project became very quickly the most selling project in Prague. One month after the start of first phase over 80 % of offered apartments were sold out.

EKOSPOL is celebrating 25 years on real estate market.
EKOSPOL finished projects Výhledy Barrandov and Viladomy Dubeč (with almost 400 apartments).

2016
EKOSPOL has started the construction of two premium projects since the beginning of the year – Výhledy Barrandov with 281 modern apartments and Viladomy Dubeč with 118 above-standard apartments.
A representative of EKOSPOL as a member of jury has again helped to choose the best business plans of University of Economics students. EKOSPOL supports the students of the Entrepreneurship Department of the Faculty of Business Administration on a long-term basis.
Until November 2016, only 875 new apartments were started to be built in the Czech capital according to the Czech Statistical Office. Almost a half of these (45 %) falls on two EKOSPOL projects – Výhledy Barrandov and Viladomy Dubeč. Rough construction of both projects was finished in autumn 2016 when the statistics came out.

We completed the 50th project in our history – Nové Měcholupy V.
Evžen Korec publishes a new book called Pozemky ukrývají poklady (Land parcels are hidden treasure), which follows on his two bestsellers Co je v domě, není pro mě (Don't Get Your Honey Where You Get Your Money) and Koupě bytu pod lupou (Purchase of Flat Under the Magnifying Glass) summarizing his more than 20-year knowhow of the residential development.
