What are the basic conditions to get a mortgage?
Above all, it is necessary to emphasize that a mortgage credit is secured by mortgage right in real estate. It means that a contingent recipient of a mortgage credit has to guarantee its credit, which is granted for purposes provided by law, by already owned a real estate property or a concrete real estate property it intends to acquire. Every grantor of mortgage credit inquires into the capability, of the given natural or legal entity, to pay the mortgage off ( e.g. the grantor checks up the amount of your salary, indebtedness, and, concerning a company, its profits, plans etc.).
Is there any increase in the price of the flat while paying the mortgage off?
Regarding most of the mortgages, the answer is yes. However, this doesn´t concern our EKOSPOL mortgage. We offer an exclusive contract provided by our partner - Hypotecni banka mortgage bank.
Can a legal entity obtain a mortgage credit?
According the Czech law, this is definitely possible.
