Financing of project Viladomy Uhrineves II

After getting basic information about the project and selection of flat, you have an option of reservation for three days. After the confirmation of reservation, there is a reservation contract prepared for you with the fee of CZK 10,000. Within 20 days after the reservation will be the contract about future purchasing contract signed up. At this time, between the reservation contract and the contract about future purchasing contract, your broker will answer all your possible questions about the contract and will arrange the schedule of values and the confirmation of the option of financing the purchase of the flat by mortgage loan. If you choose a mortgage Ekospol, the first payment is only CZK 30,000 (including the reservation fee). If you finance the purchase of flat from your own sources, you pay by the basic payment calendar. Payment calendar can be tailored to your own needs.

Basic payment calendar - phase II (buildings A, B, C):

• CZK 10,000 when signing the reservation contract
• Payment of 100% of the price when signing the contract about future purchasing contract (minus the amount of CZK 10,000)
