The housing area "NOVY PARK PISNICE" will be located between "V Zakopech" and "Svihovska" streets in a garden city. Several bus lines (113, 331 and 333) provide transport from Písnice. The Prague city centre can be reached within 35 minutes. An underground station cca 500 m from the housing area should be built in future. However, the underground station line "C" is currently easily accessible within 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes by bus.The civic amenities are excellent, too. In the vicinity, there are a kindergarten, primary school, supermarket, post office, health centre, sport grounds, tennis club and many restaurants with excellent cuisine. After a great meal you have a possibility of playing bowling! The nearby bathing facilities "Seberak" can be used for your relaxation in the summer. Within an easy public-transport reach are the modern shopping and entertainment centres (Centrum Chodov, Pruhonice-Cestlice).

Undoubtedly, a great advantage of Pisnice is the fact that it is a locality with the largest wooded area in Prague, in the very nature park Modranska ravine-Cholupice with 900 ha area.

In the surroundings there are places such as Modranska ravine, Cholupicka pheasantry, Komoranske valley, Tocna-Sance, Hodkovicske valley, and a valley of the Vltava River. Kunraticky forest, Brezanske valley and Pruhonicky park are also easily accessible. This surrounding countryside can be used for hiking tours and relaxation.
