Locality of project Panorama Kyje II

In the surroundings of housing area "PANORAMA KYJE" there are several kindergartens, primary and secondary schools, doctors´ surgeries and a veterinary surgery. In nearby Hloubětín (1 underground station), swimming facilities are available. From the point of view of shopping possibility, this is an above-standard locality – shopping "Centrum". "Černý Most" is located only 5 minutes by car. Besides a hypermarket, you can find multi-cinema complex, and a fitness centre with a swimming pool as well as big supermarkets of Makro, Hornbach, IKEA types and a great number of smaller shops of all sorts.

Transportation

By car: housing area "Panorama Kyje" will be situated in the north of Chlumecká street leading from Karlín in the direction of Černý Most and Horní Počernice, while the journey from the centre takes about 10-15 minutes. Using this road, you can easily connect to outside city circle road - the Southern connection.

City transport: in the Kyje area, underground route "B" — metro station "Rajská zahrada" clearly dominates. You can reach it by walking within a few minutes, and it enables an easy connection almost with the entire city. At the underground station "Černý Most", which is about 2 minutes away by underground or car, you can use an extensive bus terminal of Prague suburban transport that enables a connection with wider Prague surroundings.
