Facings and furnishings of bathrooms: ceramic facings in the bathroom in the height of 2.1 m, at the lavatory 1.5 m high, quality water-pipe fittings, wash-basin ceramic, white, bathtub white, enameled, steel; enameled small bathtub in the shower corner, WC combi.

Windows: plastic, in all flats on 1st above-the-ground floor, security glass with attestation A3.

Entrance door: security, fireproof, full, smooth, steel doorframes.

Inside doors: full, smooth, foil, in living rooms of 2/3 glassed-in, facing doorframes.

Communications installation: intercom with electric door control, joint TV antenna, structured cable duct in flat.

Heating: central heating, plate radiators with thermostatic valves, heating ladder in the bathroom.
