After getting basic information about the project and selection of flat, you have an option of reservation for three days. After the confirmation of reservation, there is a reservation contract prepared for you with the fee of CZK 30,000. During the time between the reservation contract and the contract about future purchasing contract, our broker will answer all your possible questions about the contract and will arrange the schedule of values and the confirmation of the option of financing the purchase of the flat by mortgage loan. If you choose a mortgage Ekospol, the first payment is only CZK 30,000 (including the reservation fee). If you finance the purchase of flat from your own sources, you pay by the basic payment calendar. Payment calendar can be tailored to your own needs.
