EKOSPOL builds the best selling flats of European quality

The results of a long-term, closely monitored company strategy, are THE BEST SELLING FLATS of European quality with the best ratio of quality and price. Already in the beginning, all the procedures both with construction preparation and its implementation are optimized to achieve maximum savings at each individual step. Construction is financed from own resources without using bank credits, which is to say, without an interest burden. Independent surveys state that EKOSPOL ranks among the TOP 4 most significant companies in the residential sector according to company market share. According to TOP STAV 100 assessment of developers and construction companies in the Czech Republic (cca 2,000 firms) in terms of objective economic criteria, EKOSPOL ranks among the first 10 companies, whereas in the assessment in terms of  revenue profitability it has always ranked 1st since 2000. EKOSPOL has a tradition and abundant experience

Since its foundation in 1992, EKOSPOL has implemented more than 35 great residential development projects in the most attractive localities in Prague and surroundings. EKOSPOL coaches, in the framework of actions of the worldwide independent conference organization INSTITUTE FOR INTERNATIONAL RESEARCH, in courses Certificated manager of real-estate projects, top managers of significant firms. Since 1999, EKOSPOL has been invited to lecture on fundamental theses of development activities in the housing sphere at conferences on real estate, organized by the prestigious worldwide organization INSTITUTE FOR INTERNATIONAL RESEARCH. On the grounds of a contract with the Czech Republic, EKOSPOL has participated in the creation of a new Act on construction, for which activity it was called on by the Ministry of local development because of its knowledge and experience with application of this legislative in practice. Further, EKOSPOL coaches foreign managers in the framework of WORLD BANK projects, with concentration on procedures of development projects implementation concerning the land selection and assessment, project and legislative preparation, price calculation, selection of suppliers, implementation of ground construction and infrastructure, controlling and sale.
